Made to order, confirmed before anything ships
Nothing here is picked off a shelf by a machine. Every order starts with an email exchange, and every detail below the fold of that exchange — contents, price, timeline — is agreed before we prepare anything.
How fulfillment works
- You reach out through an order page or the contact form.
- We confirm what you asked for, the exact price, and the preparation timeline by email.
- Payment is arranged during that exchange — there is no on-site checkout.
- Your order is prepared after confirmation and shipped with tracking where available.
Shipping
Because items are prepared to order, shipping timelines vary and are quoted with your confirmation email rather than promised generically here. If a timeline changes after you order, we tell you before it matters.
Problems, returns, and refunds
- Arrived damaged or incorrect:tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it — your choice.
- Custom-prepared items:because they are made for your specific request, they are generally not returnable once prepared. If something is wrong, contact us anyway — we would rather make it right than point at a policy.
- Consultations:reschedule freely with a day’s notice. If a consultation did not happen, it is not charged.
A note on what shipping cannot change
Made-to-order fulfillment is not fast enough for urgent situations, and no product we ship replaces medical care. If a situation shows urgent warning signs, seek medical attention first — the order can wait.
